Huseynzada Akram Rufat oglu was born in the Nakhchivan on the 30^th of April in 1983 year. During the 1999-2003^th  years he has graduated from the bachelor  stage of Nakhchivan State University on the profession of “Azerbaijan language and literature” of the History-philology faculty. During the 2003-2005^th  years he has graduated the master stage of the same university on the profession of “Folklore study and mythology”.  He began to work in “Folklore study” department of Art, Language and Literature Institution of Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS as a head laboratory assistant. He has entered visual (purpose) aspiration of Folklore Institution of ANAS in 2006^th year.

In 2012 year he has defended his dissertation  on the topic of “Semantics of the names in folklore texts” (on the basis of Nakhchivan texts) and got philosophy doctor (Ph.Doc.) on philology scientific degree.

At present he works in “Folklore study” department of Art, Language and Literature Institution of Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS as a senior scientific worker. On the 17^th of January 2014 year he works the chairman of “Young Scientist and Specialists Council” of Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS. He is the member of New Azerbaijan Party.

He is married and has a child.

He was awarded the “For his services to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” betrothal according to the decree of Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic signed on the 01^st of February 2014 year on the occasion of “The Young day”.
