Parvana Ali gizi Alieva was born on September 11, 1984. She was graduated the faculty of culturology of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2001-2005), she did her master degree under speciality of culture in the same faculty, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, in 2006-2008. She has been the colleague of the department of aesthetics and information culture Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Institute of Architecture and Art since 2005. Parvana Alieva is the author of a monograph and more than 10 scientific articles. Her monograph has been awarded the II place in the grant contest on 28 May Republic Day for the young scientists. Because of playing distinctive role in the distriction`s scientific-cultural life and on the occasion of 2 February – the Youth Day P.Alieva has been awarded by Yasamal Regional Executive Government in 2014. She has been the head of Council Institute of Architecture and Art since 2013. She is single.
