At the initiative of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists in Ganja hosted a seminar on the theme of "International experience of using of potential of the Youth on the scientific basis". This event is organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, Department of Ganja, Ganja Executive Authority, YAP Youth Union Ganja Ganja Youth and Sports Department, "Ganja European Youth Capital 2016" was organized with the participation of the public association.

In seminar actively participated the chairman of Ganja Youth and Sports Department Mushfig Jafarov, senior members of Ganja branch of Yeni Azerbaijan Party, as a moderator of seminar participated the Presidential prizewinner of the science, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of Ganja Branch of ANAS Elnur Hasanov and youth of various universities, scientific-research institutions of Ganja.
