On December 27, constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council of ANAS was held.

Opening the assembly, president of ANAS acad. Akif Alizadeh stated that, of the academy being part of “Azerbaijan 2020: vision to the future” development concept Young Scientists and Specialists Council will play a vital role in development of regulation of the academy.
