Hasanov Rahim Rafig was born in 1981, april 9 in Sheki. He studied in the history faculty of Baku State University in 1998-2002. R.Hasanov was educated master degree on the profession of “historical politics” in the political faculty of Sumgayit State University. He works as a history teacher in the school number 20 from the year of 2003, and in ANSA Sheki Regional Scientific Center from the year of 2011. Hasanov is a dissertator of “Azerbaijan Republic” section of History Institute named ANSA  A.A.Bakikhanov from the year of 2012.

R.Hasanov was awarded “Taraggi” medal with the disposal number 505 of the president of the Azerbaijan Republic in the year of 2009, september 30, and the degree of “The best teacher of the year” with the disposal number 3044 in the year of 2013, august 6. He is the member of New Azerbaijan Party. He is married and has two children.
