Members of Young Scientists and Specialists Council held seminar at BSU

As we know, with the purpose to deliver held researches of academy to the wide range of community, ANAS Young Scientists and Specialists Council holds seminars in various scientific-research ventures of the capital and regions. This type of next seminar was organized in Baku State University joint with Student Trade Union Committee of BSU on April 15. 

Opening the event chairman of Student Trade Union Committee, PhD in Law Dashgin Ganbarov spoke about prospects of the collaboration between two youth organizations and the importance of the project from viewpoint of ensuring unity of education and science. Instilling the outputs of the research works that carried out in an academy to the young scientists is an additional goad for student and masters, he said. 

Later on chairman of ANAS Young Scientists and Specialists Council, PhD in physics-math docent Famin Salmanov informed about academic-social directions of the Council. Making speech on cooperation via student and masters of BSU, F. Salmanov noted the contribution of this academic temple for Azerbaijan science, including to ANAS. The majority of young scientists, members of Council are graduates of this university, he stated. 

Then, member of Executive Board of the Council, chairman of the Young Scientists and Specialists Council of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics PhD in geology-mineralogy Orkhan Abbasov provided information on the activity, material-technical base of the institute represented by him. Council provides all type of support for those who willing to cooperate with the institute. 

Laureate of the President's prize for the youth, leading researcher of Institute of Geology and Geophysics Rafig Safarov delivered a lecture on topic “Modern geodynamic conditions and seismic hazard in Azerbaijan relied on GPS data”. 

Lecture was discussed, questions were responded.
