The Council of Young Scientists and Specialists organized the seminar at Baku State University with the University's Student Union Committee at the faculty of Chemistry. Seminar, organized for students and masters "Smart - smart or intelligent polymers", held under the theme, with a speech by the chairman of the committee, PhD in law, Dashgin Ganbarov.
