The rules for authors

 1.    The papers are accepted in Azerbaijan, English and Russian.

1. Resumes  and keywords in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages must be enclosed with the paper.
2. The size of paper must not exceed 10 pages, including wording, charts, pictures, list of literature resources  and resume.
3. The materials for publications must be presented in two types; text, in Microsoft Word program (A4 size), in two columns, with 1 - line spacing), Times New Roman (12 size) in print, and also the CD version of the same text. Text is printed with 2 cm line spacing on the left and right side, 3 cm both up and down.
4. The material must be stated in the following sequence:

-         code according to Universal Decimal Classification (UDC);

-         paper’s name;

-         authors’ initials and surnames;

-         the name of organization (if there are several authors with different places of employment, the following names are prefixed with the numbers in increasing order, that number must be indicated by superscript after authors’ surnames (for example, I.A. Bayramov¹, A.A.Aliyev² etc.);

-         resume and keywords in language in which the paper is presented

-         main text;

-         list of references in the end of paper, with specifying authors’ last names and initials, title of the book, publication date, number of pages, journal’s title, its publication date, the open and last page of the paper: the text indicates the citations in sequence in square brackets, for example, [5].

-         the paper’s name in two additional languages, except the language in which the presented paper is written (Azerbaijan and Russian), initials and authors’ last names.

1. The title and number (of chart) are centered above the chart and citations must be indicated in the text. The charts must not be split between pages. The file format (JPEG) for pictures (graphics, maps, schemes) in the paper are indicated as separated objects regardless of constituted programmes (the combination of several pictures are not allowed). The text under picture is indicated with "picture" icon and enumerated in sequence.
2. When selecting the units of measurements author must adhere to the international system of units (SI).
3. Formulas are typed in Microsoft Equation 3. The formula’s number is shown in brackets on the right side. The length of line with formula must not exceed 8 cm (including formula’s number). The length of line together with the number (must not exceed 16.5 cm) is allowed only if the extension of formula cannot be split in lines.
4. The papers must be signed by all authors.
5. The following information must be enclosed to paper: full name and patronymic (name), workplace, email address and the phone numbers of all authors. It is also essential to write the contact information in order to negotiate with editors.
6. The review (of Scientific Council and etc.) on paper should be presented by corresponding organization.
   1. Papers which do not meet the requirements are returned to their authors. The day on which editors receive the final text is considered the day of entry.
   2. Authors are responsible for information and facts stated in the paper.

Papers rejected by editorial board are not repeatedly reviewed.
