Institute of Geology and Geophysics of ANAS will host for VI international scientific conference on the theme "Multidisciplinary approach to solving the problems of geology and geophysics” dedicated to the 70th anniversary of ANAS, October 12-15, 2015.

More than 200 scientists, including PhD students and masters from 20 countries have been applied to participate in the event organized by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists. As a result of application examination, it was found that the event will bring together 150 young researchers from 18 countries. Currently, organizational works are carried out related to the conference.

The official opening event will be held at the main building of ANAS. Speeches and presentations on various aspects of geology and geophysics will be held at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics.
